Our Roots
Founded in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1988, SMG Property Management, Inc. began managing properties acquired by its founding principals. Relocating to Lakewood Ranch, Florida, in 1994, SMG has grown into a dynamic enterprise with regional offices across the Eastern U.S., managing a diverse portfolio of owned and fee-managed properties.
